A senior faculty member is in-charge of the cell and is supported by a number of faculty members from all departments catering to students of all courses. The cell basically works in the following model for student disciplinary functions. The faculty members attached to the cell identify students who are off-track and work continuously to help and correct them with full coordination from their parents/guardians.
