- Damage to Property - Students must not damage or disfigure the institute’s property and furniture. Writing or drawing on walls and furniture is considered damaging property. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the faculty members or to the Principal. Damages are liable to penalty fined by the Institute authorities.
- The institute is not responsible for goods lost.
- Students should not indulge in spitting in or near the institute building, smoking, gambling, drinking, rowdy and rude behavior, use of violence in any form, casteism, communalism or the practice of untouchability.
- The Institute has a dress code which has to be strictly adhered to. Students not following the prescribed dress code will be fined.
- The institute reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary action against a student whose diligence or progress in studies is constantly unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.
- Duly filled registration form is to be submitted to the office before the last date. Incomplete registration forms are liable to be rejected without any intimation.
- Once the name of a student is put on the notice board as having been selected, the fee amount must be deposited by the due date, failing which the seat, thus falling vacant, will be offered to a candidate on the waiting list.
- Apart from Caution Money no other part of the fee, once paid, is refundable at any stage.
- Students should clear all their fee dues before appearing for examinations.
- Repeated absence without permission or unexplained absence for more than six consecutive days, renders the students liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only on payment of fresh admission fee, at the discretion of the Principal & Management.
- A student returning to institute after suffering from an infectious or contagious disease should produce a doctor's fitness certificate, permitting him/her to attend institute.
- A student can also be asked to leave the institute on the ground of indiscipline, unsatisfactory progress in work, ragging, misconduct etc.
- No Transfer Certificate will be issued without a valid reason and until all dues are paid.
- No certificate of any kind will be issued without a prior application by the parents. For a duplicate copy there will be a charge of Rs. 100/-
- Ragging within or outside any educational institute is prohibited.
