Celebrated Nutrition Week 2023 and its Annual Nutrition Practical
Ojaswini Nursing College, Sagar celebrated Nutrition Week 2023 on 13th and 14th October and also conducted its Annual Nutrition Practical.
On this occasion Mrs Deepika Jain, Dietitian, Bhagyodaya Tirth Hospital, Sagar graced the event as Chief Guest. On both days she visited the Food Stalls planned by the students. Students prepared various Therapeutic dishes and Diet plans for Diseases and Conditions like Tuberculosis , Dengue Fever, Covid 19, Anaemia, Jaundice, Diarrhea, PEM, Diabetes Mellitus, Typhoid Fever, and Antenatal Mother.
Students also made Presentations to better explain the various medical conditions and dietary requirements. In addition to this students also learn Therapeutic Diet Preparation skills.
