ᴏᴊᴀꜱᴡɪɴɪ ɴᴜʀꜱɪɴɢ ᴄᴏʟʟᴇɢ organized a Poster Making competition and health awareness rally in the neighbouring village of Chitora to commemorate the 75th ᴀɴɴɪᴠᴇʀꜱᴀʀy ᴏꜰ ᴡᴏʀʟᴅ ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜ ᴅᴀy on ꜰʀɪᴅᴀy 7ᴛʜ ᴀᴩʀɪʟ 2023. ᴛʜᴇ ᴛʜᴇᴍᴇ ᴏꜰ ᴛʜᴇ yᴇᴀʀ ɪꜱ “ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜ ꜰᴏʀ ᴀʟʟ”.
Health For All is the main social goal of the government and WHO, who hope to overcome the gross disparities in health and healthcare between the rich and poor, and urban and rural population. Achieving “a level of health that will permit individuals to lead a socially and economically productive life” is the end goal.
The events were highly informative and creative and it was heartening to hear the students present their points of view.
